Gov of India on Wednesday (2 Sep.) made illegal quite a hundred mobile applications as well as the vastly common mobile game PUBG. The apps were illegal citing issues of security of data when recent tensions between India and China within the border in Ladakh.

Earlier in June, the Centre had illegal 59 Chinese mobile applications like TikTok, UC Browser, and WeChat, citing issues that these apps are stealing data of the Indian users which interfere in the privacy of people.

A total of 118 apps are illegal by the ministry of knowledge and technology. As per the statement,” The illegal mobile applications area unit harmful to the sovereignty, integrity, defense of Indian nation and public order.”

The ministry of IT received many complaints from numerous sources, as well as reports regarding misuse of some mobile apps offered to iOS and Android platforms. The complaints alleged stealing the user data to their servers.

The illegal apps are Baidu Edition, FaceU, WeChat, and Rules of survival, besides PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite and many more. As per some reports, there are about 35 million active PUBG players in India that made it one of the foremost common apps downloaded within the country.

The Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre, beneath the Ministry of Home Affairs, sent a recommendation for obstruction these contentious apps. There has been a demand for a few times to require strict action against mobile applications that hurt India’s sovereignty.

The move will safeguard the interests of crores of Indian mobile and net users. the choice could be targeted to confirm the safety, security, and sovereignty of the Indian nation, as per the statement.

All we gamers have seen that in PUBG we can only play in HDR settings even in the high-end device there is no option of playing in ultra HD graphics (4k). UHD graphics was under development and now it is available to play in the upcoming update. As we know that the new update will be released on the 8th of Sep.

In my last post, I posted about the New Erangle Update. But this topic needs a separate identity. Now in high-end devices like iPhone 11 pro max and Asus Rog 3 (all 865, 865+ chipset phones) will now support UHD graphics with extreme or ultra settings.

Well, we don’t know how it will affect the gameplay. waiting for the update to do a detailed review on this. Well, I was curious about the new update of PUBG Mobile, and now the game is banned. This disappointed me.
